1. Who you are contracting with

ZyrenDark ("the Service", "the app") is operated by edwin a canas robles ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use ZyrenDark you enter into a binding agreement with edwin a canas robles on these terms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your country, and if you use ZyrenDark on behalf of an organisation (for example as a coaching business) that you have authority to bind it.

3. What ZyrenDark provides

ZyrenDark provides adaptive nutrition targets and meal plans, training programs (HIIT, hypertrophy, athletic), an AI coaching assistant, habit and progress tracking, and tools for fitness coaches to manage clients. It is a general wellness product. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian, or other health professional. Consult a doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program. AI-generated content may be inaccurate — always verify it and use your own judgement.

4. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, or to commit fraud, spam, or abuse;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical or plan limits;
• share coach referral or promotional codes in ways that misrepresent access rights.

6. Intellectual property

edwin a canas robles retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, program content, exercise and recipe libraries, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. Content you enter (logs, notes, photos) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Subscriptions, payment and taxes

ZyrenDark is offered on paid subscriptions (Premium, Coach One, Coach Plus), some with a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics for web purchases are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy. Purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple and managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

8. Reseller / Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service availability

We work to keep ZyrenDark available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and third-party integrations (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, AI providers) may be modified or discontinued.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, and disputes are subject to the courts there. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
